Free e-book: "Get Shorty"

I'm a big fan of reading e-books on my Palm OS devices, especially using Palm Digital Media's Palm Reader Pro software. I'm starting to see a lot more titles become available -- right now, on my Tungsten T, I've got e-books of Cryptonomicon< by Neil Stephenson, American Gods from Neil Gaiman, and Get Shorty by Elmore Leonard, along with a pile of short stories from Fictionwise.com.

HarperCollins has a promotion going on now for their PerfectBound e-book site. If you go to http://www.perfectbound.com/handheld/, you can sign up for their mailing list and get a free copy of "Get Shorty" to download for your device. If you've seen the film version, you've got a good idea what to expect from the novel. I first saw this promotion in this month's Handheld Computing magazine, and they say it expires at the end of May, so sign up now.
