PilRC
PilRC is a resource compiler that is used by many different Palm OS toolsets, including CodeWarrior Development Studio for Palm OS, Version 9. The current version is 3.1, released on December 31st, 2003. It is posted on SourceForge, including both Win32 and Linux binaries and complete source code.
To update the version of PilRC used by your CW V9.0 or later installation, download the Win32 version of the tool and put the pilrc.exe file in your bin\plugins\support\Palm_OS folder.
At the time of this writing, 3.2 is close to release, with fixes for popup trigger resources and rewriting header files when no IDs have changed. See the SourceForge site for details.
